I was out and about today, and stopped at the Palatal Express for lunch and a delicious Mongolian Stir Fry! Yummmmy. It’s ingenious this place. It’s basically like a Subway style of self-serve counter, where you can pick your choice of noodles, vegetables, meats and sauces .. and then your meal is stir-fried and cooked right in front of you on this 5-foot open wok/stove.
I was enjoying my lunch, when a few seats next to me there was this couple - a man and woman. I think they were co-workers, and they were dressed up so I figure they must have worked together.
