Happy Mother’s Day

My older brother decided to prepare and cook everything for Mother’s Day Dinner. My wife and I brought the fancy desert. My younger brother participates in eating, like he normally does.
I was quite impressed with the dinner menu .. made entirely from scratch with ingredients purchased from Superstore! Last night, I found a recipe for tempura batter on the internet, because they don’t have internet access at the moment. I believe he prepared some of the background stuff last night in anticipation of the Sunday Dinner.
