Autopac …

My birthday is July 11th … 7-11 …. Our autopac car insurance up here in Manitoba, Canada renews 4 months past your birthday.

As such, on November 10, 2005 midnite .. my car insurance will expire.

It’s odd that this falls on November 11th every year (Remembrance Day) .. and I always forget .. or at least, don’t remember until the last moment….

Grrr.. I am mad. There was a right “Digital Message” light blinking on our digital cable box today. So naturally I have to read it to see what’s up now.

Well -of course they only give GOOD news, but to me it also comes in conjunction with BAD news … doesn’t everything?

The Good News

We now get TCM – “Turner Classic Movies” channel … There are great oldie movies that I really enjoy watching. I keep saying whenever I watch those old classic movies (ask anybody that knows me) … They don’t make ‘em like they use to

The Bad News

TCM channel is now listed on Channel 42 – replacing the TLN – “Telatino” channel. I’m not italian nor care to listen or watch italian T.V. shows, but this was my major source of sitcom in watching the old EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND reruns! At least several times back to back. The TLN moves to Channel 65.

So why am I pissed? It’s on the high digital channel section and my TV up here in my office (not connected to Digital T.V. – just basic) only goes up to channel 54 – then it’s off-limits and I can’t see anything except a blank screen.

With Late Night and Prime Time T.V. shows like .. Survivor, Amazing Race, Apprentice, Apprentice: Martha Stewart, Stargate SG1, Stargate Atlantis, etc etc ..

When Am I going to find time to work in the evenings anymore?

I’ll just have to stop and watch Raymond and hope I don’t end up as a couch potato in the evenings

It’s one thing when your clients and customers do not believe they received good service or was overcharged and refuse to pay and you have to take them to Small Claims Court … It’s another thing when you have to take an ex-associate that you hired to assist in an engagement to Small Claims Court.

That is the situation I am in – It started October 1, 2004 and it should conclude tomorrow in court, October 17, 2005 – longer than a year.

This is so friggin ridiculous because this person stole money from me, and claimed that I didn’t deserve my money that was stolen, so this person kept the money and screwed me.

Did I mention I actually won this case already in Small Claims Court in February 2005 .. it was appealed, this is this person’s 3rd and final extension with a 3rd and new lawyer tomorrow.

I am getting ready practicing my game plan to optimize search engines to educate others what really happened …. once judgement will be my way. I should add, I’m still debating to proceed that way or not – although I probably should obtain legal advice on this particular point ..

Can one person register a domain that has another person’s name in it?
e.g. (defendant)-is-a-loser.com ?

My wife is taking another “sick” day to come watch me in court again .. and all of the fun!
