oh nice, I never thought of doing these this way, I done them super slow while lying on the floor (no weight). Note taken and thanks for sharing

hey lui. do you just do one set like that? or multiple?
when i do abs i do leg raises with no weights, i just never thought of adding weight, i guess i was worried of building bulky muscle. im guessing i dont have to worry about that?

just sharing info what i read in Muscle N fitness, Lower abs are the weakest muscle, so everytime ur doing abs, hit the lower abs first!

@IbanezGio122 Late answer but my tip is, stay off the gym abit aswell, start running, jumping ropes, exercises without weights that works your whole body and those who requires abit of stamina!
