Yes he was. Best show I’ve ever been to by far. glad you enjoyed it :) I’m going to see him open for Matisyahu in Baltimore on Nov. 21!!

well, “rolling up a smoke” does not automatically imply weed. People do roll cigarettes. But the contradiction still exists. This is a rather metaphorical song, so I’m inclined to believe that it is in fact some type of metaphor, as he has stated at concerts that he neither smokes nor drinks :) just my thoughts there.

@sandobel – in a lot of his shows he will say i “rolled up and I smoked up” “but i dont do that.” – he usually adds that into the song.

he doesnt smoke weed anymore, 1. he told our crowd in chicago that, and 2. once become as religious as he is now, you dont need drugs
