I got a pedal that has a looper built in! I built the loop before starting the video to spare you the boredom of having to watch me do that, but once it was ready I figured I’d play around with the chords and this is what came out. For the nerds in the house: I’m using a custom Telecaster with Seymour Duncan Antiquities into a Kingsley Jester into an MXR Carbon Copy, looped through a Line 6 DL4 and fed into a Vox AC-4TV on the 4W setting with the volume very very low. Very sweet. I just bought an AC4 due to how they sound with Teles (AWESOME).

do you have the antiquities I or II?

I think those are Antiquity IIs in that one, but I can never keep it straight since I’ve had so many different sets of those (and I have one of each Tele set). But yeah… my money would be on Antiquity IIs. Staggered poles being the giveaway.

hey how’d you get so much output on the 1W with so low volume yet so loud in the video, or is it just the video?

@philotze I guess the camera is right in that sweet spot, about 5 feet away from the amp. It’s possible I was on the 4W setting, because there’s a good bit of headroom, but I don’t really remember. At any rate, the Jester also gives it quite a push – I was using it first as a boost and then as an OD. In either scenario, the level is hotter than just the guitar into the amp would be.
