Now.. How the hell do we contact you bozos at Technical support?

MAN! I lost it this morning .. the header is my subject of the email that I finally sent to my Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Recently, it seems like there is almost 6 minutes every hour that my DSL seems to .. “wink” .. and pause and is not connected. This morning, around 7am .. it happened again, but on the 11th minute I was trying to call Technical Support to ask for assistance.
Here is what was happening … their ‘office’ doesn’t open until 9am on Saturdays .. and their message was somehow routing me towards their payment office (customer support), and because their office is closed .. I should come back later.
But - before the message was over - (technical support melding me in with their general customer support message) .. they added something like ..
“If there is anything else you need from us .. check out our website at www …”
GRRRRR! MY INTERNET IS DOWN. HOW CAN I CHECK YOU BOZOS OUT?
