…. The dolphins got sick after nibbling on plastic from the edge of their pool at an aquarium in Liaoning province. Attempts to use surgical instruments to remove the plastic failed because the dolphins’ stomachs contracted in response to the instruments, the China Daily newspaper reported.
Veterinarians then decided to ask for help from Bao Xishun, a 7-foot-9 herdsman from Inner Mongolia with 41.7-inch arms, state media said. ..
Good thing .. I guess! Being a local here in Winnipeg … it’s nice to get these assholes off the streets! I remember a few summers ago, it was pretty bad. Not only were people racing between lights after Polo Park Shopping Center (at St.James Street - going west) .. they would sit there at the lights, revving up .. and wait until the last second when it turned yellow or red again. It was quite annoying.

New name for Winnipeg’s airport

Winnipeg International Airport will now bear the name of a Canadian aviation pioneer.
As of Sunday, it will be known as the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport.

Hmm .. I saw this on a rerun and remembered that it must be a few years old! Sure enough, it was on YouTube and this one shows a date of November 29, 2005 .. Still .. funny .. a year later!
I put cinnamon on everything .. hash browns, eggs, hot dogs, hamburgers, toast and with anything that has brown sugar! I even sprinkle ground cinnamon in the coffee grounds before I perculate a pot of coffee .. but
