call HART crazy .. but
I was out finishing my Xmas Gift shopping yesterday, and I was out at the shopping center and saw a new store called “SHOWCASE“. It’s basically a store that sells all that As Seen On TV products you see on infomercials.
Anyway, I kind of felt guilty, because there was this entire wall section of singing puppets or toys where you squeeze the hand and it sings christmas carols.
*Honestly* I was unaware that there was a delay in the singing, and I DID apologize to all the people in the store after all 26 of the toys were singing in unison! haha
So .. I looked around and pretended that I was interested in buying something .. and came across this product:
There were pillow boxes in the store that had price tags of $59.99 $49.99 $39.00 $34.95 and the sign said ‘Sale $29.99′. I’ve always wanted these type of pillows .. actually, I’ve always wanted an entire bed like the memory foam. I do have that 2 inch topper .. albeit about 4 years old now and could use replacing!
Well .. apparently, if you buy anything in the store, the lower priced item is half price. So, there was this one gift I thought would be perfect for Xmas .. (I won’t say it, in case someone from my family actually reads this blog) .. and the pillow was half price! $15.00 CDN. I thought that was a reasonable price and I bought one.
I got home, and my wife was a little disappointed that I purchased something As Seen On TV, but when she heard the price – and tried it out for a few seconds .. she wants one too!
So – here I am – to say – I REALLY DID HAVE A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP LAST NIGHT .. using that Memory Foam Miracle Pillow! I was hoping that I would .. and I did.
Yup. Sweeeeeeet. And the bonus of it all? My cat Zeussie Pussy Cat loves the BOX that the pillow came in, and is hiding from the world! He loves new toys.
