call HART crazy .. but
Mmmmm Yummy
We bought some Dill Plants at the Farmer’s Market a few Saturdays ago .. and basically, have been using it every day on everything. What you do, is cut off the leaves and keep them moist and place them in the freezer. And, everytime you have a salad or corn or sandwich or (insert anything here!) .. you just take out a stem and snip-snip it with scizzors and cut some Dill onto your salad. It has a great aroma and adds much-o flavour to our daily salads. With the top flower, we hung it upside down to dry first, and then placed it in a vase and it’s actually quite enjoyable to look at – or at least, it’s not a nuisance or overbearing with all the other flowers my wife has around the house!
(PS: It’s where the “A” appears on the above image that you can cut and sprinkle onto your salad)
