My wife likes this show and ‘tuned’ me into watching it too. It’s a hilarious show on Showcase .. tonight Danny Devito opened as part of the cast in its second season … as Dennis and Dee’s dad “Frank” getting a divorce from their mother.

This is what YouTube is about .. on one aspect .. creativity of the household musician! For my birthday last July 11th .. I was hoping for something to connect my two synthesiser keyboards to my computer and allow me to play and record an .mp3 file directly. This way, instead of blogging or vlogging .. I could just play a song I know how to play on the keyboards for every artist that I could. Ah .. oh well .. dreams .. maybe it will happen during Xmas

I’ve been listening to a continuous album .mp3 for about two weeks now, so I thought .. what the heck. Keep this window in a NEW window and listen and read the lyrics .. YOU’LL see .. it really is The Greatest Album Ever Made!. I’ve been a fan since it first came out on 8-Track and listening to it in my brother’s Hippie Van .. a few years later when I had my own car, it was one of two “CASSETTES” that I had (the second being Supertramp’s Crime of the Century ..

What HART liked best about this album

* Every Song is continuous play
* Harmonies, keyboard naturally
* Did you know that everyone was in a profession or had a degree at the time?
* That no matter how loud I sang the words in the shower, I always sounded just as good! and ..
* I um, predicted that Brian May would have his own website one day and be a great continuous source of inspiration to the world, and even um .. that Idol show ..

This is both a “RANT” and a “RAVE”

I believe I was one of the lucky ones growing up .. I always had a cottage to go to .. at least up to my 16th birthday anyway .. and also had friends and relatives with cottages since. My parents first had a cottage at Caddy Lake, which is located just before West Hawk Lake and Falcon Lake near Manitoba and Ontario Border. We had a trailer in the Green Bay Resort area. Our next cottage was over at Jessica Lake, also in the Whiteshell Provincial Park, near White Lake and Brereton Lake.

We loved the water, and had boats, canoes, a dock, water skis, diving board, and a cliff about 20 feet high that we used to jump off into the 5 ft water below! It was great. We were all great swimmers and skiiers. When I say “WE” .. I mean my two brothers and myself. We loved to water ski and drive boats. And, my father sacrificed a lot in those days. Our cottage was about 2-1/2 hours away from our home, and he would only come on the weekends, Friday night, and leave late Sunday night. My mom and the three sons would stay out there all summer, at least.

Geez .. I hate the way “THEM” / “THEY” play with our minds at the gas pumps. Two weeks ago, the price of a litre of gas was $1.189 CDN. It was higher four weeks ago just before the Long Weekend of August. Now, the price has been slowly declining to $1.049 CDN per litre. That’s before the ’standard’ $0.035 discount everybody gets if they have a gas club card.

* My gas tank still has a quarter of a tank of gas in it
* We will be travelling by car this upcoming Long Weekend (it’s our anniversary Thursday)

This blog was named after me .. HART! .. That’s ME in the sidebar, as a caricature. When I blog or comment around the internet .. I might change the URL or email of myself depending on the site that I am blogging or commenting above. As you can guess, that way is quite schizophrenic - and I’ve been trying to consciously market myself online as a product .. as “HART (1-800-HART)“. This way, I’m hoping that whatever site I may select to use as my ‘homebase’ .. when readers see HART (1-800-HART) they know it’s me!

So .. interested in knowing how other products and sites were named? I can’t remember where I saw this site from, although I did see it somewhere in some post somewhere in the blogosphere in my Bloglines…
