call HART crazy .. but
This morning, at 7:00am, my wife noticed that her rear passenger side tire was flat. Naturally, as the good husband that I am, I not only allowed her to use my car for the day .. but I popped up the air in the tire with my Good Ole Pit Stop Air Compressor With Gauge at canadiantire.ca
.. and took her car to get the tire repaired at Canadian Tire Automotive.
There was about a 30 minute wait so, I walked across the street to KFC/Taco Bell for lunch. I am currently signed up on the WeightWatchers.ca plan and am trying to keep track of points.
I know in “Flex Points” talk .. a hard shell Taco is 4 points.
But I couldn’t resist the crunchywrap taco … it is very yummy .. it’s basically a hard shell taco, wrapped and fried on the grill …. “Flex Points” = 12.5 points, according to Dottie’s Weight Loss Zone – Taco Bell – Points page
Plus I had 2 regular hard shell tacos … total 20.5 points for lunch ….
The tire repair cost me $19.89 CDN plus lunch. But, I think it was a fair trade today … my car was on “E”mpty, and my wife put $25.00 gas in the tank
