(After Court Update) We started the proceedings around 10am. After being questioned by my lawyer (15 minute) I was then cross-examined until 12:10pm when we broke for lunch .. came back at 2pm until an afternoon break at 3:20pm, back at 3:40pm ... and up until 4:30pm ... Needless to say this will be continued December 22, 2005 now .. where it will be the defendant's turn in the witness stand.
